Job Description: Cyber Ballet is on the lookout for dynamic and experienced IT Instructors to join our team as independent contractors. If you have a passion for teaching and a strong foundation in IT, particularly with a CompTIA certification, we want to hear from you! This role offers the flexibility to teach remotely, delivering 1-week to 4-week courses.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive online lectures and labs on CompTIA topics.
• Develop and update course materials to ensure they remain current and relevant.
• Guide students in preparing for CompTIA certification exams.
• Offer personalized support and mentorship to help students succeed.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements in IT.

Qualifications:

• Required one or more of the following certifications from CompTIA: A+, Network+, Security+, Server+, Cloud+, Linux+, CySA+, CASP+, PenTest+, Data+, Project+, CTT+, ITF+.
• Previous teaching or training experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for better understanding.
• Passion for teaching and inspiring students.
• Availability to teach flexible schedules, including day and/or evening sessions.

Compensation:

• $750-$3,000 per course.

About the Role: Are you passionate about marketing and eager to make an impact in the IT training industry? Cyber Ballet is seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to support our marketing efforts and help promote our comprehensive training offerings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing while contributing to a mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and student enrollments.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital marketing channels.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and campaigns.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
