Cyber Ballet is seeking an enthusiastic IT Marketing and Operations Software Platform Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will assist in managing and optimizing our IT marketing and operations platforms to support key business partners. 

What You Will Do:

• Assist in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of IT marketing and operations platforms that support creative and demand generation marketing, product information, and communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather platform requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Help customize and configure the platform to streamline marketing and operational workflows and processes.
• Support the integration of other systems, such as CRM, ERP, and project management tools, to ensure seamless data flows.
• Monitor platform performance, identify issues, and assist in implementing solutions to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Write product and process documentation and provide training and support to platform users, ensuring they can leverage its full capabilities.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of IT marketing and operations software platforms.
• Familiarity with marketing and operational processes and methodologies.
• Experience with CRM systems or Adobe suite of products a plus
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Lecturer, Information Technology

Location: Remote 

Closing Date: Until Filled 

Salary Information: Minimum $1963 per course Full Time/Part Time: Part Time 

Other Conditions: Spring 2025, part-time, for lecturer candidate pool, non-tenurial, assignments as needed, contingent on availability of funds, satisfactory performance, and actual staffing requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Teach assigned courses in the discipline.
• Maintain at least one office hour per week for each class taught.
• Provide instruction and guidance to meet student learning objectives, prepare course syllabus and reports related to teaching and student progress.
• Work under supervision of discipline coordinator/division integrating teaching      efforts with other instructors in the discipline area.
• Student and peer evaluations and self-assessment of teaching effectiveness are      required.
• Commitment to Cyber Ballet principles and philosophy is essential.
• Must be available for evening and weekend teaching assignments, distance      learning assignments for courses taught via the internet. This is a remote      position. 

Minimum Qualifications Unless a related field is listed, the degree or industry certification must be in the subject area. If qualified applicants are not      available, those not meeting minimum qualifications may be considered on an exception basis. 

Desirable Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years teaching experience at an institution of higher-learning or industry certification instruction organization.
• Demonstrated ability to work with IT students.
• Work experience related to course to be taught.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
• Familiarity with competency-based instruction and behavioral objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse student populations
• Experience in the use of technology to support instruction and student success, including but not limited to LMS, CRM, Early Alert and presentation software.
• A willingness to adapt to new technology platforms.
