Dr. Ian Wilkinson, a 27-year veteran of the U.S. Army Signal Corps, wasn't built for retirement. His mind, homed in the crucible of battlefield communications, craved the thrill of the digital frontier. So, in 2020, he founded Cyber Ballet, an IT training and consulting company nestled in his hometown of Claymont, Delaware.
